I'd love for you to come visit us in Summit County, Colorado! The name of my company comes from my two daughters; Ever & Wynter. To me, they represent adventure and fun; two traits that also align well with our area. Along with them, my husband, son, and I have lived in Breckenridge for 15+ years. I hope to share with you some of the area's beauty that we have learned to love. Please consider staying at one of my places on your next trip!
About Summit County
Our properties sit in an ideal location to visit all that Summit County has to offer. When you stay short term with us, you will be 100' from the Colorado Trail, 4mi from the Breckenridge Ski Resort, 5mi from dog sledding / snowmobiling, & a short drive from the Copper, Keystone, Loveland, and A-Basin resorts.
Short Term Options:
Short Term - Kelly's Cabin
This is truly a tiny house surrounded by a HUGE outdoor playground. Features include a single queen bedroom with reclaimed wood paneling, a tiny (but full!) kitchen, and a low ceiling height loft with two full size beds. The Colorado Trail, hot tub, and indoor pool are just around the corner!
Short Term - The Breck Barn Basement
This basement unit spans 1,000sf+ and features a living room, mini-kitchen, two bedrooms, a pull-out queen bed in the Living Room, a dedicated private entrance, and one full bathroom. Oh...and access to all the Summit County has to offer!
Long Term Options:
Long Term - Villa @ Swan's Nest
1,100sf lower level condo with 2bd / 2ba and short walk to the hot tub. Comes with all utilities included except for WiFi / Cable. Onsite PO Box is available and washer / dryer are located in the unit.

740sf stand alone 1 bed / 1 bath unit with a single heated garage spot. Comes with WiFi, HD cable, all utilities, and custom accents throughout. Year lease+ desired and washer / dryer located in Garage below.
